Magic band under another family name

I signed up on the app this afternoon with one of our confirmation numbers ...... Needing to add another
In the meantime a family member has signed into this and added the magic band under my confirmation number still need to add there's and signed up so there name is connected to my confirmation on magic band
Is there any way to change this as looks like they have two and I don't have one now ??

The Help Line might be needed, but you can try a few things to sort it out yourself first.

The main thing to remember is that the system is designed so that there is only one profile for each actual Guest. In an ideal world, each person would have their own account and then would simply inter-connect with each other as Friends and Family.

If I'm interpreting the OP correctly, it sounds like you've each created your own accounts, but then someone also created a "managed by them" sub-profile for the other person. So whoever has that "managed by them" version of the other person should go into their Friends and Family list and click the "Invite to Plan and Share" link next to the name. Enter the person's email address. They'll get a notification of the friend request. Once they accept it, any information/Bands/linked reservations on the "managed by them" profile will automatically move over to the "real" version of them.

There's also a "connect by hotel reservation" option available, but I haven't had much of a chance to play around with that option.

Repeat this with any duplicates until you have only one true copy of each person.

If after all this you still have duplicate people, then it's probably best to call in to the Help Desk.
