Luggage transfer from Carribbean( DME)

Ok question...when departing from Caribbean Beach...do they pick up your luggage from room and transfer it to Custum House where you will meet up with it for airport checkin service? OR do you have to bring it on bus with you going from room to Custom House?

You should be able to call and they will send a van or golf cart to pick up you and your luggage to take you to the customs house.
