Luggage carts at Pop Century?

I get the people coming from the airline get their luggage brought to their room, but where does those of us who drive get carts to bring our luggage in? I dragged several pieces of luggage to our room late at night and dread having to drag it all back to our car when we leave here. I see other guests with carts for their luggage, but when I asked at the luggage area they said only guests flying get to use them. Whaaaa? Can anyone confirm or deny this?

We always drive and don't get the carts but our luggage has wheels anyway so it isn't a problem.

My last trip (we drove) to Pop Century included my little one, so we had lots of luggage and a pack and play with us. I asked about a luggage cart and was told to check out front where the cruise and magical express busses drop off. I explained to a porter the situation and asked if I could borrow one for a bit and I would return it and was told no problem. Loaded up my luggage, took it to the room and then returned the cart. I would suggest just going straight there and asking a porter for one. Have a fun trip!

We have pulled up to the cruise drop off area and they take our bags and deliver them to our room. They would not however let us take the cart by ourselves.

At the airport luggage check-in/luggage drop off/ pick up to the right of the main entrance there are carts that I have used. In the past they were out in the open, but now they are in storage behind the counter. I asked if I could use one and all they asked was my room number for documentation, and I told them I would have it back in 30 minutes. No problem. I suppose they would prefer that a "CM" transport for the tip, but at $1-2/ bag it can add up. This was Oct 2013. Headed there this October, interested if they will not let me use. I have unpacked without, but was a lot of trips to the car. Parking location in relation to room location means a lot. Team approach with your party is a good idea if u do not get a cart. I suppose the carts disappear like anything else not tied down nowadays.
