Lowest cost per point for resale?

I'm curious about Disney's buy back option. Since they have a right of first refusal in any resale transaction, what is the lowest amount per point that Disney has allowed in reselling DVC points? Of course, I'm looking for more recent data.

It's from another site with a much more active DVC community. It has info on the most recent ROFR activity, which ones passed and which didn't.
