Looks like the fixed Illuminations torch.

I was there this past weekend and the globe seemed fully functional. It turned, the torch rose and show pyro on both cues. Of course the fountain barge closest to Italy didn't have water and after the first attempt to restart it (black boats arrived and fountains worked for about 30 seconds then stopped again) the black boats came out again and just turned off its lights as well - pyro still worked though. And all of the lasers were dark, including the projection on SSE at the end of the show. One step forward two steps back I suppose

I saw a successful fountain fix during illuminations, I thought for sure they would just leave it off.

I was there a week before the 35th anniversary and the globe was only spinning with the screens working. Video of the 35th celebration it looked like the globe was back to working at full capability including the center pyro.

I enjoyed reading (and seeing) that the torch now seems to be working correctly, or at least more correctly than it has of late.

It's so sad that things working then not working, not being fixed is the new Disney norm. Walt would be spinning in his grave. What's worse is that some people now accept it and make excuses. Disney to me was perfection, I expected the best and you used to get it. I think if it was not for the excellent cast members it would be really bad at times. They use to be right on top of things. I would marvel how things would get maintenance overnight.

Yup, next thing you now, we'll be seeing gum stuck to everything. Drives me crazy that you see peoples names scratched on walls everywhere. :banghead:
