Just FYI....Spiders that shoot quills do not make the best pets.

Is it bad to say that I LOL'd? :lookaroun
Seriously, why stick your head inside the case when you know that your pet spider will shoot hairs at you?![]()
If I were to have a frikkin hairy spider as a pet, I would research it first.I seriously don't think he knew that it could do that. Other wise....:brick::ROFLOL:
Would would be never for me.

Rodents are quite nice, too. :lol:Me too, the only pets I would ever have in my house are fish. Non-dangerous fish.
Yeah, being harmless and all, they're fine. Especially that one awesome scene from Honey, We Shrunk Ourselves.I don't like them either, especially hairy ones. Daddy Long Legs are fine, though. Usually find them in the shower, and I usually save them before I turn on the water so as not to drown the poor thing.

I babysat these girls over the summer and they had just come to live with their dad and he bought them each a pet and when he interviewed me he said one of the things I would have to do would be to feed the pets, yeah sure no problem! Of course he didn't bother to mention that I had to feed a snake and an iguenia!Rodents are quite nice, too.

Pendantic man must point out that a "Daddy Long Legs" is not a spider (hairy or otherwise).

This should be interesting....:lol:Pedantic man must explain himself, I believe I counted 8 legs.
Daddy long legs (Pholcus phalangioides) are indeed spiders but the name has also been mistakenly tagged to a couple of other thousand other species.Pedantic man must explain himself, I believe I counted 8 legs.
