Hi everyone, I'm sorry for posting something sorta depressing, but I need advice from people who live in the Charlotte area. I promise I'm not going to find you and do weird things. I just want advice.
My husband and I are looking to move to the Charlotte area in March 2010. We are renting right now, and our lease ends in Feb 2010, so we want to leave.
We live in Maine, and, unfortunately, it's a horrible place to live if you aren't retired, have a lot of money, or you have a Masters Degree with at least 20+ yrs experience in the field your interested in. I know the economy is terrible, but it can't be as bad as Maine.
I'm currently going to school for Medical Office Administration, and will get my diploma this December. We both work in healthcare, and my husband will start working toward his Pharmacy Technician certificate when we move.
If anyone has any advice, info, helpful hints or anything that we could use to make this a tad easier, we'd really appreciate it!
We know that there aren't a lot of jobs, but there's gotta be something in the medical field, right?
