Looking to ask someone with kids who recently used quick service dining some questions

My question is this:

In the past, before MagicBands, every time we used a DDP credit, an updated total showed at the bottom of our receipt.

Table Service = showed adult AND child credits
Quick Service = showed total credits (no differentiation)
Snacks = showed total credit (no differentiation)

Why do I ask?
On a few different occasions, my oldest child used one of his QS credits to order an adult meal if there wasn't anything he liked on the kids' menu.

Is this still possible with MagicBands?

MagicBands at their core are no different than a KTTW. They simply identify who you are.

However, according to the terms, children 3-9 must order from a childrens menu where available, and the 2013 QSDP brochure here -> http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/me...altDisneyWorld/en_us/PDF/2013QuickService.pdf also indicates that the Adult and Child meals are tracked separately. If that has always been the case, and you have had no problems then I would assume you could continue to have no problems.
