looking for something different to do...

I am finishing up plans for a late september 2013 trip and would like to top it off with something different to do. I was thinking something like dessert party but that obviously is alot harder to book than I anticipated. I have two small kids so it has to be something they would enjoy as well. Appreciate any suggestions, thanks.

Your budget will be a big factor. If something in the $300 range is not out of the question I would look at either a Wishes! or Illuminations fireworks cruise.

I have had the privilege to do both and they are incredible. The view of the fireworks with illuminations is a little better, but the Wishes cruise itself is IMHO a little better especially if you catch the boat parade as well.

I think they have a scavenger hunt type of tour for families at the MK, little ones might like. It is called Family Magic.

Disney food blog is also having a dessert party October 2 during illuminations (not sure if its sold out), just an option if the wishes one isn't available! We are doing the illuminations one this year, but did the wishes one last year and it was AWSOMEAWSOME
