Looking for someone to take over a lease at Camden Town Square apartment available starting Saturday, July 15th. The lease is good through June 2018 and the base rent is $1,059 for a one bedroom, there is an additional cost for valet trash and cable/ internet which brings rent to $1,179. The month of July is already paid for! Electric and water are separate. Great neighborhood and only 10 minutes from Disney with a gate, gym, pool, business center, and pet friendly. Current one bedrooms are going for at least $1270 base rent plus cable/ trash, so great deal to take advantage of. Application fee is $65.00 per person and $285.00 admin fee, deposit based off financial qualification.
