Looking for an old animated movie

Hello guys, i know its quite a long shot but im looking for a specific animated movie from 1960-2000 era probably.
I have vivid memories of it about Scotland Yard in it as well as a character hiding in snow/ice hole.
Does it ring a bell to anyone?

101 Dalmatians talks about Scotland Yard and involves snow/ice and hiding.
I'm guessing that's not it though lol.
