Looking for a Monorail Mark VII Update

Two Questions.
1. Any update on when Orange will begin service.
2. There are for slots in the roundhouse. Is there still a Mark V in there as backup?
2a If not, is a fourth Mark VII planned?

Monorail Orange has been in service for sometime now, while Red is out for refubishment. All the Mark V's are gone leaving one empty slot in the roundhouse, and I think the plan was for 3 monorails only, Red, Blue and Orange.
