Disney's missed opportunity was when it didn't jack up the price of no-black out APs (and all AP tiers under it,) REALLY REALLY high.Free Parking, Discounted food and merch, special hotel rates, exclusive ride previews and 365 park hopper tickets? That will be $7,500, please.Then price all the lower tier APs off of that price. That will take out a lot of the day to day over crowding.
