Log In and Reservation Trouble

I apologize if this was posted elsewhere. I searched around a little and couldn't find what I was looking for.

A few months ago DBF and I booked our trip for August of next year. We have just about saved all of our money and were looking to but a big chunk of our balance down on the trip. I went to log in a few weeks ago and I did see my package, but next to tickets it said that I had none and needed to add them. I know for sure we got 6 day hoppers.
I remembered reading that there was some website upgrades and things going on so I tried not to panic and decided I would look back soon.

I went to look again today and now I can't even log into the site. I get some type of error. I feel confident that Disney didn't lose my reservation or anything and I have my confirmation email. I just can't help but be a little nervous. I also can't make a payment if I can't log in.
Is anyone else having trouble? Is there site updates going on? I am on my work computer, perhaps I should try at home? Any suggestions? :)

Right about now I'm wishing I wasn't such a control freak and had just let Kingdom Konsultants handle this. :brick:

Disney has been updating their site on an almost continuous basis for a couple of months now. From my understanding those updates will be continuing into the new year. If you can't see your info online the best thing to do is to call Disney.

I don't know about the Central Reservations system, but the Vacation Club system has had lots of what you describe during these upgrades. Many that had dining plans no longer show dining plans (although they are still on the reservation) and some reservation numbers were CHANGED without any notice to the members.

You can always call reservations and ask.

You'd think Disney would link your website account to the confirmation number. But it's totally separate. Logging in is mostly pointless. You have to look everything up by confirmation numbers. Disney is still stuck in the 1990's when it comes to computers.

That's good to know; I had no idea.
