Sally works in concierge at Riverside- and another who works in maintainence whose name the manager could not give me. We flew from Connecticut for a week and brought the Cinderella dress that we got from the Disney store for $10 on the clearance rack for my daughter to wear at our CRT lunch reservation. Long story short, the Disney store left the security tag with the exploding dye pack attatched to the neck of the dress! The hispanic man from maintainence (sorry, again, I don't have his name so I'm hoping that maybe someone may know who I'm talking about) was able to get it off and made my daughter and my wife (which by definition means me too) very happy!
