Location question on POR

In the Alligator Bayou section of POR if I reserve a room with a trundle bed, water view and specifically ask for a room in Building 14,15,16 or 18 is the water view the river or the pool, is the South depot the closest bus stop and how approximately is the walk? Thanks. Could I get this location without the water view. I don't plan on spending much time in the room anyway, as long as I'm not facing a noisy parking lot. Thanks.

Water view can be either of the pool or the river if I am not mistaken. Either are not really worth the extra expense. You can get that location without the water view in fact not getting the water view will more than likely increase you chances of getting in one of those 4 buildings. The south depot (Blue Bayou and River delta platforms) is the nearest bus stop and it is a very short walk providing you take the path behind the bus stop and do not walk through the lobby. The parking lots are far form noisy so do not fret if you are next to one.
