While staying at the Port Orleans French Quarter last February our family met Kenza during checkin. Kenza usually works at the Animal Kingdom Lodge but was filling in for someone at POFQ. She has the cutest african accent. She was so sweet. She talked to our daughters and had them singing songs to her while she checked us in. For the entire week of our stay my daughters would stop by the check in counter to tell her hello and chat. In one of their conversations they mentioned that they had gotten all of the photos and autographs that they REALLY wanted... All except Minnie Mouse. About a month after our trip we had a huge envelope from Kenza in the mail. She wrote them each the nicest little notes and included a separate autographed photo of Minnie for each of them. We were all so excited and touched that she would go to that trouble for us. We sent her a thank you note for her kindness. She even sent us another card later in the year. We are in the process of planning our next Disney trip and will be on the lookout for Kenza. She really went out of her way to make our trip special. :sohappy:
