let me start by saying these where really,really helpful and kind towards me on the day i was leaving to go home. so i checked my stuff in and went to MK for the last time of my vacation 
i get back to PC and am waiting to get picked up by the transfer coach. im sitting outside for 45 mins and this coach with no name on it just drives past the lobby of PC it didnt stop it just drove past. i had a feeling that was the bus i had to get so i phone the travel firm up and all the would say was "its not our problem" well with them saying this to me i was angry so i went to check-in at PC and told the man (harold) what had happened and he was very nice and in the end i started to cry coz i had been up early -last minute packing and being left there and then being told it was my fault and that i ahd to make my own way home if i missed my flight. so i told Harold what had been said to me and he was telling me everything was going to be ok which was very kind of him and i kept apologising saying i was sorry about the situation but i didnt know what else to do. so in the mean time he was phoneing the airlineup and explaining my situation to them and they where not nice to him so he then rang the other airline numbers and i explained to the what had happened and they said "its not our fault" so Betty comes over and Harold explains what happened and she was very nice and was arranging for me to go to Orlando International Airport on DME.
They said that a bus would be outside the resort in 5 mins and as i waited outside she came with me and told a CM that if this bus did not let me on it that the CM was to tell her and they would make alternative arrangements for me to go to the airport. i was allowed on the DCL bus but before i got on the bus i could not stop thanking Betty and Harold for what they had done.
i did email the disneyworld website about them but didnt hear anything back so if anyone knows them or works with them please tell them i was and am truely greatful for what they did.
