Location for next Disney theme park (MY choices!)

This is my first post here (I've posted to the General Discussion board before), and from my lurking, I find the Imagineering board to be one of the most (if not THE most) interesting and definitely the most creative of the WDWMagic Boards! Unfortunately, I've never been to DL or WDW, but I've learned a lot about them on the WDWMagic website and bulletin boards.

So far, there are four Disney Parks; Disneyland in Anaheim, Walt Disney World in Orlando, Tokyo Disneyland, and Disneyland Paris. A fifth is set to open in Hong Kong in 2005. If/when Disney adds a sixth theme park, I thought I'd throw in my idea for its location:

If the next Disney park opens in the U.S., I would put it in Hawaii; if international, Australia. What are your thoughts on my choices for the 6th Disney park if/when it opens? Any questions, comments, and/or suggestions are welcome!

Gee, gosh, darn golly & howdy guys and gals! No this isnt goofy! But that location in australia and hawii is goofy!..there is irakongi jellyfish there and I could tell you goofy doesnt like red hot flowing lava..I know where the sixxth park will be but this is just speculation..hmmmm...disneyland.....disneyworld... we need one in the middle of the country so it would have to be ...............

But that location in australia and hawii is goofy!..there is irakongi jellyfish there and I could tell you goofy doesnt like red hot flowing lava..I know where the sixxth park will be but this is just speculation..hmmmm...disneyland.....disneyworld... we need one in the middle of the country so it would have to be ...............

B. Guess what? You are not correct either! Congrats! Another stateside part would be suicide for the company; stealing from it's other resorts, rather than supplementing them.
C. Holy Thread Revival, Batman!
D. Australia is actually a fairly viable place, considering...
E. If you've heard this locally, calm yourself. Real estate agents in particular like to see this rumor, it helps with property values.
F. What do Jellyfish and Lava have to account for? Would we build a resort in the ocean, or on an active volcano?
G. If 2009 were even possible, construction would have had to begun by now, by estimation.

I never imagined in a million years that one of my first posts to WDWMagic would ever get a reply almost 3 1/2 years later! I have been working off-and-on on this park since then, and have posted NUMEROUS times about it here on the Imagineer forum; telling about with park maps, parades, shows, hotels, and even character meals! As of now, I am in the middle of developing a daytime parade for my Magic Kingdom/Disneyland-like park, which I should have posted here sometime soon. :animwink:

This rumor is straight from the texas country hillsides and my sister who works on a ranch has been told that disney has been buying up land for years under unknown business names and the official annoucement will be in 2009. This man has no reason to lie..........but i shouldn't name the location incase i should get in trouble for releasing such valuable info..but this man has seen the proof... but even i wonder if it is true....but I would love to say the location...Secrets like this are so hard to keep!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What, no Snow White? It already sounds too much like WDW's MK! Try to add some attractions not found at WDW. At the very least include some attractions found at the other MK parks.

Other ideas are Snow White (not scary) next to it's a small world, a Chicken Little ride in adventureland and also Stitch is also gone. Stitch was replaced by my "Dreamscape" ride. Also a place where you can see Chicken Little (hiself!)!! There is also an animation studio that isn't in other parks that you can draw your character, animate it, make it into a short and buy it for $9.99! There is also a shop called "Sora's Souviniers and Goods" that sells Kingdom Hearts souviniers (hats,T-shirts, cups etc.) It includes a Wi-Fi center, an arcade and photo booth! Also Midway Mania will arrive early in this park. Ok?

Ooops :brick: Actually the official annoucement will be in 2008!:sohappy: And it was from a source who owns (alot) of land out in the area of Texas where the the park will be located and he just happened to tell my sister a ranch worker this news... This was not even her questioning...Heres a hint too Disneyworld and disneyland are in what counties??????
