Brock Potts is in charge of executive reservations at the Grand Floridian. He handles bookings for the suites and VIP bookings. He is amazing!!! He has helped us over the years with all our reservations and let me tell you, every year he goes above and beyond our expectations!!! He has always made our trips so special.. He always accomodates all of my requests, no matter how big or small. He is super friendly and a wonderful representative of Disney!!! Thank you Brock, you are super!!!!:lol:
