OK -- I know this kind of breaks the rule of not naming just one CM, but all of the ones manning the AP/DVC preview were really great. They did an excellent job of handling the early calamity over pins, along with answering the same questions thousands of times. Kudos to them!

I second that one. I was there on the 26th. I cant imagine the chaos on the weekend.

CMs were getting people on and off the trains in what seemed like record speed. Before I left the area, I made a point to thank every CM I past on the way out for a great job. It is great to see how they appreciate a simple "thank you."
