This is a little late, but better late than never....
On Sept. 21 of this year I called 407-WDISNEY to book our family's Christmas trip to WDW. I was helped by a wonderful CM named Shania Shay (spelling it as she pronounced it, not sure if it's right). I had a discount code for Disney Visa cardholders, and she helped find us a great rate at POR. Since we had booked our stay during the actual Christmas hoiday, she recommended I book Christmas Eve and Day dinner ADR's right then, since it was already about 90 days away. She helped me herself (usually I get transferred to WDW-DINE), which I thought was great. We chatted while she looked, and she helped us secure a couple of character meal ADR's for the holiday. While she was looking up ADR availability, I mentioned that we planned to buy tickets to MVMCP on the 21st. Now the "above and beyond" part: a few minutes after we hung up, I noticed the caller ID on my phone at work (she had called my house first and DH gave her my work #... yes, I know, booking a Disney vacation on company time
) was coming up WDW. So I picked it up, and it was Shania, saying that she had, completely on her own, looked up what was available for ADR's the night we planned to attend MVMCP, saw that LTT had one table left for our party size, and did I want it?? I was in shock. (over the course of our chatting, I had told her that we had wanted to eat there at some point as our kids would love it) Of course I said yes, please book it, and I thanked her profusely for her help. I couldn't get over her taking the initiative to look that up for us, knowing that we would enjoy eating there. I have spoken to many, many CM's at CRO and she was by far the best. I hope someone sees this who can pass along my praises to her supervisor.
