Ok I'm not sure if its Sara or Sarah I talked to but she is the planning person for CRT when you call them for reservations for Engagements and Special Events and I just wanted to tell her THANK YOU. She was so nice on the phone and very very helpful with me planing my engagement next Feb 14th And she just helped me have a great peace of mind having it finally planned and into the system and I wanted to say THANK YOU SARAH YOU ARE THE BOMB and if Disney Guest Services asks me I will be sure to give you kudos for your help.

Aren't you afraid your girlfriend is going to read this post and it will spoil the surprise???

But hats off to you for planning it... Our friends Bob & Jen got engaged at WDW...and Bob really blew the whole thing IMO. They'd been dating FOREVER...and he just kept dragging his feet (which I don't get, because his wife is GREAT and he can rub people the wrong way sometimes)... She was very patient about waiting... but sometimes even the most patient people just get tired of waiting... (She was 31 and he was 37... so not exactly spring chickens if thinking of starting a familiy and all...they'd been dating about 8 years...)

Bob had called my husband to get some advice on how/where to propose...but apparently he took none of it...

They were on the monorail headed to MK and were discussing their future...and she was having one of those moment where she was just totally frustrated with him and him dragging her along for so long... she entered the MK turnstyle and was trying to hold back her tears because she was feeling so hurt and irritated with him...so he catches up with her and holds out the ring box and says, "So I guess you don't want this then..." Not exactly the most romantic proposal ever... LOL. But she still said yes... LOL.

DH and I honeymooned at WDW in 1994...it was his first trip to the World... It was great! :) We are going in the fall to celebrate our 12 anniversary...three kids later. LOL. Good luck to you with your plans! :) It sounds like you are a far better planner and much more romantic then our friend Bob!!!

Nah Im not afraid she will read this thread shes totally clueless to my plans and doesn't even know about this site. All she knows is I talked to someone on the phone about Valentines Dinner Reservations for next year but thats it and her best friend is helping me keep her in the dark about all of this. I will make the whole day one to remember for her and she will be totally clueless to it. She is though freaking out on me about spending too much for Valentines day when Im suppose to propose to her Next spring sometime after talking to her dad but she has no clue that its the same day. Heck I kept her from figuring out I was taking her to Mickeys very merrry christmas party last year for almost 4 months. That was a Insane day we spent 18 hours at The Magic Kingdom Had the Christmas Day parade taping, stayed in the park all day ,then went over to the grand floridian and saw the gingerbread house, then back to the car and I started the car and told her will you reach in the glove box and get the car owners manual out so I can look some thing up In it before we leave. So she went to get it out and in the glove box I had placed a card and in the card was a little folded paper flower thingy that opened up and on each flap were clues I had given her thru out the day and then inside was the tickets. Course by the end of the night it was freezing and we were ready for the heater and the drive back to tampa. Yeah it was fun and she got to use the brand new digital camera I gave her that morning for the trip so it was all worth it( So still says I bought it for me more then her LOL). I'll tell you one thing though I probably won't do a long trip like that again till I'm married to her so we can just get a room and crash instead of driving back home, But its Disney so I loved it so who knows.
