I sent my appreciation rave to WDW management (hopefully I emailed the correct address), but i wanted to post here too!
Brittany at the Brown Derby in Hollywood Studios really made our day, and even our trip! We were having lunch there and celebrating our 7th wedding anniversary, and she was incredible! To call it exceptional service would be an understatement. I pulled the manager aside to pass that along and was told she was fairly new there, but seemed happy that I mentioned it. My wife and I have now been to all of the WDW parks twice over, and we both agree that Brittany displayed the best customer service we have ever experienced over both our visits and in any part of WDW.
Make sure you try to sit in Brittany's section if you dine at the Brown Derby! And try the chop salad! Yum-my!
