Living for CP's

In your opinions, what's the best place to live when you're a cp? I hear Chatham and the Commons are best, but the Commons is for Foreign kids?
Also, what are the essentials to take? Minus clothes, tv's computers, money and alarms, anything else?

Vista, I found, is much better for people interaction. I'm not really sure why but there always seemed to be people around doing things. The apartments were not nearly as nice though. I hear a story about someone having mushrooms growing out of there rug and a toilet falling through the floor. They kicked me out of there to do renovation so it may be better now. I actually had 3 apartments in 9 months. It was a pain. Chatham apartments are much much nicer but it seemed to me that there weren't as many people around doing things. Most have balconies though and they're real nice. When I was there Commons was for foreigners and Advanced interns. I went there for a party or two but unless you're foreign I don't think you can get in.
