A total gem of a woman.

Was very nice to me and my wife and done a little something for us ( cant say in case she gets into bother)

She explained she had a real bad day and was glad she met us to cheer her up. How any one could be rude to her i don't know!

Sometimes she works at TOT gift shop she said.
