List of Attractions can ride while pregnant?

Hi, we are planning on going to IofA this January to do Harry Potter for the first time. I just found out I am expecting, and cannot find a list of approved rides. I know there won't be many- if any- at IofA, but really wondering if the Forbidden Journey is okay. Is is more of a roller coaster or more of a ride through?
I looked at Universal's website and could only find info on disabilities, it doesn't give much detail like it would at the attraction. If anyone knows I would really appreciate it! We may just wait to go if I can't go and enjoy the time at Disney.

If I were you, I'd go to USF instead of IOA. The studios has more sit down shows that you could enjoy. Even some of their "thrill" indoor attractions (T2: 3D, Twister) don't shake you up like most of IOA's offerings.
E.T. is questionable, but still possible. Animal Actors, Beetlejuice, Shrek, Horror Makeup, Blues Bros...all you could enjoy.

IOA, somebody correct me if I'm wrong, but mostly limits you to High In the Sky Seuss Trolley & Sinbad if you're pregnant. Forbidden Journey definitely NO.

I would recommend to pick USF in Jan, and save IOA until after you can do fast motion rides.

I'd check their website... although most attractions will advise you not to to cover their backs.

For shrek and twister you'd probably need the stationary seats /platform.

Thanks for your replys. It sounds like we may wait on going to Universal since we really want to do Harry Potter.
Do note that you can still go through WWOHP without riding the rides which would cause harm to pregnant persons. If I'm not mistaken, you can go through the Hogwarts castle/queue and experience almost all of the inside of Hogwarts without actually boarding the ride itself (someone please correct me if I'm wrong on this). You can also explore every aspect of the Hogsmeade village, shops, etc, and see all the Potter stuff while pregnant. Just avoid Forbidden Journey and Dragon Challenge. I'm not sure what to tell you about Flight of the Hipporgriff(spelling?). It is a small coaster very similar to Goofy's Barnstormer @ MK. My guess is that you may want to skip it too, but you can still enjoy all the immersive walk-through of WWOHP while pregnant.

I'm sure you could do everything in Seuss Landing minus the Cat In The Hat ride which has a lot of spinning. But Caro-Seuss-el, One Fish Two Fish, and Seuss Trolley *should* be ok.

Sinbad & Poseidon's Fury in Lost Continent should be fine too, as one is a sit down show, and the other a walk-thru attraction.

As far as overall numbers of things you can do, USF still holds more options.
