List of annual passholder benefits?

Is there any website that lists all the benefits of an annual pass? I'm trying to decide the pros and cons.

If one person in a family has an annual pass, can all the family members use the lounge(s)?

(I use DVC points for most of my room expenses, so room discounts would not be the most important factor.)

Check out www.wdwig.com for a list of passholder benefits. I think you are allowed to bring guests but there is a limit on the number per pass.
