Too bad our rental store doesn't offer this. I'll have to wait till it comes out on TV.

They should really have songs for "Feature" movies and not sequels. . .

. . . or in this case, pequels to sequels. . . :p

Spend $20.99 on a sequel I would probably only watch once or twice, that will eventually make it to TV, and that I don't even know if it's good enough to buy???

If I had the money to throw away like that, I'd buy it. But I think you'd see me as a Premium Member first.

I'll eventually buy Brother Bear. . . but I can't spend money like this.

I saw it for $17.99 at Wal-mart and I know my kids will watch it at least 10 times the first month.

I've read a few positive reviews of it, whih is surprising.

I still don't think it makes up hold out hope for Lilo & Sttich 2, Mulan 2, etc.

No, I think those will be the same boring, crappy animated sequels...

I did the bonus features today, and the virtual safari contains some great scenes from Disney rides...Such as the Haunted Mansion/Tower Of Terror combo...POC..."it's a bugs world"...

I watched this movie with very high expectations.....and was disapointed.....however it probably is the best sequel next to Toy Story 2. It was waaaay too short...it's 70 min and considering it takes place before and during the Lion King I found it was rushed at times. I would of liked to have seen Timon and Pumba raising Simba more. Another thing that bothered me was how things appeared in the jungle that you wouldn't normally see....like all of a sudden Timon is juggling plates, and (small spoiler) the karaoke part just didn't fit with the first and second movie. (Another small spoiler) and the spy music?????? Wrong place in the movie...It was definetly worth getting.....worth watching a couple more times.....doesn't quite live up to the seriousness of the first film ( wasn't expecting this to be a drama but some of the stuff was a little out there) HOWEVER.....the animation was top notch... you couldn't tell sometimes if it was new animation or stuff from the first film. I would give this movie....standing on it own a B- .....but watching it as a companion piece I give it an A-

I watched the bonus features, and they were saying that they didnt try to make this one serious. The first one was serious. They took a more comedic stand on this one. I loved the Riverdance Part....and The Part where they freestyle while stalling from the Hyena's.

Well, I just rented it last night, and it's DEFINITELY better than Simba's Pride. It was okay, probably one of the better DTV sequels. The animation was pretty well-done, for once. I did like the Safari - tons of theme park jokes in that one! Some that non-theme park fans probably wouldn't even catch.

I don't know if I got a bum disc or if others have had this problem, but as I was watching it occasionally a scene would just back and play the last couple of minutes over again, so seamlessly that at first I thought it was supposed to be like that. But it did this a few times, and it was really irritating. Then, about an hour into the movie, it started locking up. And not only that, but it would freeze up my whole computer. It look me about 45 min to watch the last 15 min of the film! It really drove me insane. I have never had this problem with any other DVD I've used. I don't know whether it was just a bad disc, or a nasty side effect of new copyright protection software.

I went on a trip to Tallahassee over the weekend, and to keep myself from not being bored for the entire 7 hour trip, I watched it on the way up (I bought it the day it came out, saved it for the trip), along with 4 other DVDs I bought the other day (Radio being one of them, i'd just like to say it was a really good movie and everyone should check it out). In all, I loved the movie! It was fantastic. I too enjoyed the part where Timon was humming and singing "It's A Small World"! The entire movie was just great and I must say it is the best DTV movie I have ever seen. The ending was great as well. Bonus Features galore on this movie, and the Virtual Safari with Pirates of the Caribbean, The Haunted Mansion, and the Matterhorn was hilarious. Everyone should check out this movie. 10 stars!:D
