How do I edit the name of links in my signature? In other words, I don't want to include the entire URL in my signature, but would rather just have "2015." Then, when clicking on the "2015" link, it will direct the user to the linked URL page.

Does that make sense?

Yes but there's only a box for the URL. Not for what I want the link to actually be in my signature.
