hehehe cool! yeah my mom and i went tonight (it was my first time). but the only reason I say as well as expected was because it is below Lion King (which is whate veryone was predicting.)

According to Box Office Mojo it looks like Lilo & Stitch barely got second this weekend (June 28-30). They were behind Mr. Deeds, which was #1.
Top Ten (according to CNN) :

3. 'Minority Report,' $21.6 million
4. 'Scooby-Doo,' $12.2 million

Well folks, according to Box Office Mojo it looks like Lilo & Stitch got third when actual numbers came out for June 28-30. According to the website, it missed second place to Minority Report by $74,526. Bummer. Still doing great though!

Looks like according to estimates for the July 5-7 weekend, Lilo & Stitch got 4th. It barely beat out Minority Report (although MR beat it if you include July 4.) It also broke the $100 million mark with around $103 million. Go Lilo & Stitch!
