Did anyone catch the segment on the Lights,Motors,Action show on the SPEED channel tonight? I don't know if it's an old segment, and it was a review of the french version, but it still looked really cool.
According to the show, the small cars used in the show are about 1/2 the weight of normal cars w/ supercharged engines and special transmissions that can be thrown into reverse at any time. Also, the engines in the cars are mounted towards the center (rather than under the hood or in the rear) to make the cars spin as easy as possible. As a result, they're able to do some really amazing tricks and choreography.
This show is going to rule.
