Light saber reservation question

Hi there—
My family has reservations to make Light Sabers next week, but I’m now seeing the boarding group process is in effect. Can anyone help this newbie understand what we need to do to get access to the land and our reservation? Do we need to join a boarding group or does the reservation suffice? Thanks again for helping—this is all new to me.

As far as I understand it, the boarding groups are for the ride itself and not the land. You should have no problem accessing the land for your reservation.

You just walk into the land. The boarding pass is for the the new ride.

As said above, Boarding Groups are specifically for Rise of the Resistance. The rest of the land is available to all.
