what about on the slide that are in boat things

The water coaster does not need life jackets as long as the passenger is able to stay in the RV.
Is there a specific person you are asking about? Non-swimmer or unable to swim?
I can swim a bit but I can't swim vary well as I am not a strong swimmer

Not a problem, if you can paddle to the edge of the splash pool you will be fine. Ask the attendants about how you should enjoy the parks, they are there to keep you safe. Except for the splash downs at the ends of the slides you can walk through most water, the slides that have a vehicle to ride do not need jackets, the body slides they will not let you wear them.
Ask when you get there and the TM's (team members) will advise you on the best way to stay safe. It is not much swimming, mostly floating and walking through water or getting splashed.
