Liberty Tree Tavern ADR in December?

Unfortunately the place we want to have lunch at most is the only ADR we couldn't score. We were hoping to schedule lunch for 12/9 at LTT. I've read some conflicting info reporting that LTT isn't taking reservations until WDW is confident about the re-open date (slated now for 11/19/15) and others reporting that it's just plain full. I called and spoke to a CM who stated that they haven't received anything in writing from WDW stating reservations are on hold, but that it's her personal opinion that they may be doing that off-the-record. So, does anyone out there have a reservation for after LTT re-opens? I'm trying to get some confirmation one way or another. Thanks!

LTT is closed for a lengthy refurbishment until in November so even if it's after that in December, you can't book it yet until they release the reservations for it. They will not do that until they are absolutely sure they will be back up and running by a certain date. So look out in here for when they open up reservations for them again and a definate opening date.
Do not know of anyone that was able to book for after the refurbishment and usually that is what they do. For CRT they did the same thing and did not release reservations until they were sure it would be open by a certain date. They were not available at 180 days like normal and people had to wait to book closer to the completion.

Ooooh thank you for bringing this up. I was also trying to book LTT for December and was confused by the no availability.

I want to book for December as well, spoke to Disney and was told the same thing, they won't release ressies until they know the date LTT will reopen, I plan to just keep checking and have booked an alternate just in case it doesn't open for my date 1st Dec

We have been trying to get reservations there for Thanksgiving 2015 and haven't been able to. I figured it had something to do with the construction.

Very interesting to hear about a test opening. I have read that many folks were able to book lunch and dinner reservations for November 26th, 2015, Thanksgiving Thursday, that day and that day only. Wouldn't that constitute a " soft or test opening"??? I have been trying, on a daily basis, since 6-01-15, to book that restaurant, due to it being one of my wife's favorite places.

Wow, you must have been very unlucky. On another site more than a few folks have stated that they have made the Thanksgiving reservations. I don't know if they are telling the truth, but I highly doubt that all of them are lying. One way, I guess, is to hope one of the Disney cast members who frequent this board, stumbles upon this thread and either confirms or dispels my post.

CMs have come onto multiple threads about this, and stated that Disney has not opened ANY reservations yet, so sorry, but they are lying for who knows what reason. Until they know with certainty that the restaurant will be open on a specific date, no reservations will be allowed.
