Too true. It sounds as though nobody let the other couple know how they like to tour WDW. A simple, "I don't like waiting for character meet and greets," while casually talking about WDW before the trip might have solved that particular problem. My wife and I went with my cousin and her husband last year and with the exception of not everybody enjoying the same rides, things went pretty swimmingly. But at those points, we just each did what we wanted to and met up later.
