Less than 8 hours between shifts?

I just noticed that the Fantasyland Area Support shift I signed up for the Extra Hours Hotline will end at 11:15 on Sunday night - and I have a regularly schedule training shift on Monday at 7:00am. This puts me at only 7.45 hours between these two shifts, not 8.

I understand this may incur double-time? Is this something I should be worried about? I think the shift told me to select rather or not it would put me into double time, and I selected "no" - since it didn't occur to me at the time.

Just don't wanna get fired or anything :-/

Hmmm. Well, the good thing is that you're statused to that area. Try talking with a manager about it today. They could always end up giving you a 15 minute ER on the EHH shift, thus solving the problem.

Has your shift been approved by Disney yet?? If it has, I'd check with a manager because it will cause you to have double-time which is something they try and avoid and it might not make them to happy. If who you talk to says it's not a problem, have a good time earning those extra bucks! It may be possible that because of the busy season they'll allow you to do it because you're willing and your area may be understaffed. Just a speculation of course but you never know.

You picked up the EHH shift before the next schedule was posted. Talk to one of the managers and they will tell you for sure. By the way welcome to Fantasyland. I work Pan and Small World and Philhar and the Carrousel.
