Left ABC and returned pt in short time. Can I bridge service? ABC also has CMC (Continued Medical Coverage) I could now qualify for (of age), if service wasn't broken. Any help/advice appreciated.

I believe there are service requirements before, after, and maximum time between periods of service in order to have your seniority bridged.
IIRC, the last time I asked it was about five years before and five years after with no more than a year in between before they would consider bridging your seniority. However, that might have changed since.

Thank you for the info. It was less than 6 months between service. Not sure about 5 years before...are you saying must have 5 years service before leaving? I have >20 years service before. Can I discuss this with you further?
If you leave and return within 30 days it bridges automatically
If it’s more than 30 days then you must have worked at least 5 years before you left and then work another 5 years after you return to bridge it to continuous service.
I’d call global HR operations for any further questions
