laundry services on-site

So, I've been to the CBR twice now, but have never been interested in having someone else do my laundry, so I just packed enough to get by. But now I am traveling with 2 kids, and space is tight. Does anyone know anything about laundry services at CBR? Is it offered, what's the cost, anyone ever used it before?

thanks!

If you're talking about valet laundry services, I know it's available, but VERY expensive. There's a price list hanging with the laundry bag in the room. I've only ever glanced at it once, and though I don't recall the prices (a single shirt was a double-digit price, I believe), I know it was high enough that I'd never, ever use it.
And judging by the fact that I've never read anywhere online of anyone else ever using it, I'd presume that it's still very high.

There are self-serve laundry rooms in each village at CBR, near the village pool. I believe it's $2 for a wash, $1-$2 for 20 or 30 minutes of dryer time. Soap is available, but probably best to pack some from home.

We had a horrible stay at the Beach Club once and they did our laundry for us, it was beyond expensive! I'd say it was around $300, I'd never pay for it.

The hotels have coin-op machines. You need quarters, the coin machines aren't always working. Try to get some quarters together before you get to the machines so you don't have to lug your laundry to the front desk.

Target, and other places with travel size stuff, sell laundry pods or single use sizes. Pack a couple of those, it'll be easier than getting the powdered stuff from the machines.

I have a 2 & 6 year old. We pack for 1/2 the trip, and plan a laundry/pool day at the mid-point. We still have an enormous amount of stuff, but we could never pack for the full-length of the trip.

Have fun!!
