Late June

I was curious about the same thing. I've got almost every time of the year except summer. For the past 10 years or so I've got at Easter or Christmas, which are max crowds and I'm sure summer is comparable, but maybe a little less crowded. One thing is for certain though; it will be HOT!. This year we're going from June 26th to July 6th so I'm sure it will be busy, but maybe not as wall to wall crazy as Easter or Christmas.

We've been every third week of June since 1999. The crowds are large, the weather is hot, and we love it. We went just two weeks ago (Mar 12 -16) and the crowds were no where near as large as in June. Mornings were really nice & crowds were small. Around 10:30 crowds got larger (about 2/3 of what they are in June). The EMH also had smaller crowds. Mornings were cold to cool, midday was warm and nights were cool to cold. We loved it.

Here's a good site for checking Disney crowds http://travelwithkids.about.com/gi/...ercot.com/infocentral/weather/whentovisit.asp

I think because you're there over 4th of July week that it looks to be a little more crowded than an average summer week. I will be leaving July 7th, so I'm hoping that after 4th of July week it will calm down a little bit, but I doubt it. Summer in Disney is probably always hectic.

I was just there over Easter though, and that was insane! I hope it's not as bad in the summer! My favorite trips have been the 2nd week of May, the last week of August and the first week of December. Such nice crowds those weeks.

I must say I've gotten used to complete craziness because of my visits during easter and such. I actually love the crowds. Everything is open and open late and it somewhat adds to the magic! I've somewhat gotten used to 'working the world' at busy times so I can maximize the fun no matter how many people. I really don't mind the crowds.

I went late June/early July last year and honestly, everything is quite manageable as long as you know what you're getting into. Accept that there will be times when it is crowded and hot, use fastpass a lot, take breaks in the air conditioning/pool, grab a Dole Whip, and enjoy! We were able to do everything we wanted to and then some-- going back June 24-July 2nd again for more!

We always go the week of July 4th, and for the most part is managable....HOWEVER the 4th is AWFULL at MK. Made the mistake of going there and was literly shoulder to shoulder to shoulder!.....exited post haste. So now we spend the day at EPCOT its ok till bout 2-3 hours before Illuminations, But again not real bad. Is pretty warm but coming from Indiana and cold winter we LOVE it and look forward to it yearly....rains a little bout everyday usually after 12:30-1:30 but done by 3:00...We tried TL but it was closed to everyone except those staying on property but really to try to get in the water...not happening so we went back to resort. might as well stay at resort and enjoy the pools there if thats your plan. All in All we love it!

Don't let it scare its a GREAT TIME, If your there we'll be there 6/28-7/5 hit us up....That an idea for this thread how many's going, maybe a WDWMAGIC Meet and Great would be a good idea? Anyone interested?
