Well our family vacation this year has expanded. Now it will include hubby, me, two daughters ( 7&3), my sister and her two children(S 13, D 9), my brother, his wife and two sons (7&2) and grandma (healthy, active 65). We have decided to go with seperate resort rooms (not sure yet which one) instead of a Family Villa, We will be going the first two weeks in June and we are getting AP's.
What advice do other seasoned family travelers offer? We have travelled with 7 before but that was my husband and I with our two daughters and 2 nephews and 1 niece.
So all you seasoned family reunion veterans....let me have it! How do I make sure we have the best time?
Thanks

The most we have travelled with was 9 people (4 adults & 5 kids...13-3 y/o ), and 5 of those were on their first WDW trip. We never really ran into a problem...we stayed at the WL (1 double & 1 jr suite). Each family had a Birnbaum book & Disney Vacation video. We made our lists of "must do', "want to do", etc and picked out a dinner show (Hoop Dee Do- paid for in advance because of the large group.) The older kids looked after the younger ones in the parks and on the rides. The best part was seeing the looks on the CM's faces..."how many?" "9".

Good luck & don't stress too much...it always works itself out.
