Are you kidding? 100 people? That's a lot of people. I would seriously doubt that there is anyplace anywhere at WDW that would reserve 100 people a seat. You would all have to try and get priority seating at the same time...
...Have you tried calling and talking to anyone directly. I am sure that would be your best bet! Good luck!
Call and get a magical gatherings rep and they may be able to help you. Our group is pushing 30 folks and they have been able to get us in a couple of places. Although they can get you in, not everyone will be able to site at the same table. Atleast that's been our experience. Seems that they can handle about 20 at a table.
Why not consider splitting such a group up. I've been with a group of family and friends pushing 20, and with even that number you can't talk with everyone at the same time. If your 100 people are adults, just have them find their own meals and meet back up with the group afterwards. Save everyone a lot of stress (not to mention the waitstaff).
100?!?!?!?!??!!? It would be absurd to even try ANYTHING with a group of 100. If it's a school trip, or wedding, or family reunion - those are special circumstances and everything you book should be through a Disney Rep. Don't try to pull this one off on your own.
P.S. If a group of 100 went into my favorite restaurant when I was waiting there - I would seriously go insane and just open fire, HAHA!
I can answer your question. Yes there are actually a few places on property that they have just for private parties. E-mail me the specifics and I will give you as many answers as possible.
Try the Hoop Dee Doo. Our group of 50 ate their 2 years ago. It was a good time, but we all sat at separate tables. There's plenty of room in there and someone in your group if bound to be pulled up on stage.
Your only bet is to call a guest service rep. They might be able to rope off a room at a place or something but it will cost you $$$. And don't think you can do it all the time.
Another bet would be to hold it in a conference room at the Contemp, Swan/Dolphin or Coronado Springs Resort. The can cater something.
Actually, I just came up with another idea if you don't mind not eating at a fancy restaurant.
What you can do is contact Group Services, and you can purchase Meal Vouchers. That way, people in your group can have the flexibility of eating where ever you want. Also, you'll be able to buy these at a very reasonable price.
