Large Group Park Visit, what order should we do parks?

So i'm n charge of setting up a loose schedule for our trip to Disney with a large group. I'm going with my best friend ,her son (almost 5), her parents, Aunt and Uncle and their 2 kids (preteens) and another family of 5 (kids age range are i think 3 to 8). It isn't necessary for all of us to be together all the time, but we do want to do the same parks on the same days. We are also doing Universal. AND we are doing all parks back to back (which is why the daily schedule is just more of a guide...so people can leave for naps when needed). But what is the best order to do the parks? Should we save Magic Kingdom for closer to the end to make it more magical? or do it early so the younger kiddos arent burnt out by the time we get to it?

Whats the best order you guys have found?

You'll get a variety of answers from people because we all do DIsney a bit differently. Some considerations might be....what day you arrive, how long of a trip, how crowd levels are and wether you have a PH option that frees you up.
I check several crowd calendars to get an idea/ consensus of which parks might be a better option for a particular day and use that as somewhat of a guide. We always start and end a trip with visits to MK. EP is thought by most to be busier on the weekends because of a large number of local visitors.
There are a number of sites which recommend particular days as being best. For Ex. One says best days for MK Tues or Thurs, EP Wed or Thurs, AK Fri, DHS Mon or Fri. You can then go to another site which differs completely. I haven found a BEST way of doing it yet after all our trips.
