Large group dining advice

My entire family has booked to be at the World December 27th-January1st. I know its the worst time in entire year to go, but we love going then. The last time we went was 2013 for the exact same dates, but this year we have added 2 more people to our group (my brother and his wife were stationed in South Korea last time). Are there any tips on getting reservations at the same time for a group of 11 (10 adults 1 child)? I know to book first thing 180 days out, but will most places even have tables big enough to accommodate us? We are hoping to book at the following locations:

December 27th--Sanna (dinner)
December 28th--Be our guest (dinner) or Tony's (lunch)
December 29th--O'hana (dinner)
December 30th--Teppan Edo (dinner)
December 31st--Prime Time Café (lunch)

Thank you in advance for all of your help!!

As long as your 180 days out you should not have any prob except BOG which may be full. You might want to try spliting the party in two if that is ok with your group:joyfull:! Happy planning

Speaking from experience, I would highly recommend at least one person be at the restaurant 15-20 min before the reserve time to make sure they are getting the table ready. Especially at O'hana. every time I have gone there with a large party we would show up at the reserve time and it would take 20-30 min to get seated. I imagine it will be similar at any place. don't expect them to have the table ready and waiting for you with a large party. Its going to take them a bit to get it ready after you get there. So either show up early or send someone on ahead before hand.

with the size of your party, you'll have to call for the reservations as the online system won't take them that big. this puts you at a small disadvantage as I believe the online system opens slightly earlier than phone (but may have changed). I second @Roakor above as well... ADRs give you the first available table for your group so it can take a bit for it to be ready for you. Have done this for groups of 11+ in the past...

You can use the online system. We went last June with a party of 11 and I was able to book everything online with no problems. I think this is a fairly new change they have made to the reservation system.

I believe the online system allows you to book up to 14 people. As others have mentioned BOG will be tough. Plan to book it for the end of your trip. Book that one first and be on there at 6am! Book all the park restaurants first as they fill up faster than the resort ones.

One last question....I hope! I have heard that you can make reservations online at 12:02 am on your 180th day but I have also heard that its 5 am Florida time. When can I actually book? lol

Online at 6am Florida time, 7am on the phone.

FP+ is between midnight at 1am usually, possibly later, depending on when the last park closes.
