Cast Members have what I think you're looking for, we have lanyards with different characters on them. As for Minnie, i'm not sure if there is a Minnie one but if I find one would you like me to get it for you?

There are lanyards like you're talking about. There is also a "fast pass holder" that can hold ID cards for your work. They look really cool.
