Language pin under name tag = pay bump?

Hello, someone mentioned to me that having the language pin increases pay by .25¢ or so an hour. I ask because my leader received my language pin and the CM that was with me overheard her say she had it on her desk and made the comment after she had gone.

IIRC, the terms of a previous union contract allowed the premium pay for certain roles.

As far as I know there is no pay raise for CMs with language pins. At least I know you don't if your Part Time, Seasonal or College Program. But I'm pretty sure you don't if you're full time either.

For some reason I feel like a long time ago they had something with language pins being tied to a pay bump, but I know at least as of 2 years ago there was nothing like that around.

A long time ago you would get a pay bump depending on your role.
