"Land"/Studio Ideas for DHS

For DHS if there's a major theming overhaul adding "studios" instead of monotonous Echo Lake, Streets of America I thought that there are many possibilities of film companies that Disney owns rights/theme-park rights that can go in a 'land' for DHS:
1. Pixar
2. Studio Ghibli
3. Tim Burton
4. George Lucas (Disney owns Star Tours and Indiana Jones)
5. Walt Disney Animation Studios
6. Marvel (not happening cause of contract)
7. Muppets

Can you guys think of other studios Disney can use for rides in DHS?

4. George Lucas (Disney owns Star Tours and Indiana Jones)

Disney does Not own Any of George Lucas's Properties..They are in a licensed contract..Star Wars films are under Lucas/20th Century Fox and Indiana Jones is Under Lucas/Paramount..

This also applies to the many attractions at Universal as they are licencing from different companies..Disney, Warner Bros, Columbia/Tri-Star, And Fox.

I think they should have planned better with building and designing the park. Didn't they know they couldn't expand by putting the parking entrance against the park? It's like they would have to build a tunnel to go underneath that (problem...water level) if you look on google earth, you will see what I mean. Either way, it is a baby that needs to grow! Pixar would be a important and great expansion! Pixar are now is too small and only has one movie theme

They could actually build a parking garage like they did in Caifornia for DLR!

well the only problem is when you drive into the entrance and pay to park, the park is right next to you on the left...if they somehow re-did that, they could have a land go off of streets of america (somewhere along that line) and expand the park that way. The parking lot isn't in the way, but a parking garage would gove more room as well

There is a nice big wooded area on the right-hand side. They could simply build a new road.

Pixar place should be expanded. With Finding Nemo 3D, and Monsters Inc 2 coming soon, those could be 2 movies they could base attractions off of in Pixae place.

Here's my thinking: a Pixar Place Expansion is a likely idea, but something I'll add is a Backlot Expansion. Do something back there instead of trying to retheme other places around the park.

Would you guys think that a major refurb of the backlot so rather than a "real studio" it's a tram through recreations of famous sets and such?

I do agree with that statement, with the addition of rides that it will pass through (to expand on my last statement). Think of it as something similar to the TTA. Guests will see rides, plus recreation of sets from various movies and television shows. It's a win-win situation for everyone.
