Hi there,
I am new to this site and have spent weeks reading all I could. Planning reports, trip reports, advice, etc
So I'm going to post my very-early planning plans so far:
Cast:
Me - Becca - Been to Disney twice. Once as a teen (16) and once as an adult with my 2 oldest.
Ben - My boyfriend; a Disney Virgin
Jaykob - My son; aged 9 when we go. We went to Disney for his 5th birthday in 2011.
Mallory - My daughter; aged 4 when we go. I was pregnant with her when we went for my son's birthday in 2011.
My oldest won't be joining us on this trip
She is heading back to England with her Rugby Team in 2016 and wants to save for that instead.
Jaykob wasn't too keen on the Disney idea (I posted about this before) but he is super psyched now and I have asked him to plan it all out with me.
Right now we have booked the following:
From: Planning to fly out of Buffalo NY
Where: Port Orleans Riverside
When: Oct 23-30, 2015
I am thinking of changing the current plan to 5 days (changing to a Value resort) and adding in a 3-day cruise. I am waiting for my travel agent to return from holidays so I can price it out.
The kids are super excited about possibly adding in the cruise and, seeing as how this may probably be our last time at Disney, I'd love to do it all
I know many have done both Land and Sea. I think doing the park first (crazy busy itinery) and then the cruise (relaxing?) is the better plan.
Any suggestions?
