Lack of Fantasmic! Dinner Pckg in Off-Season Months?

Wanted to maybe book a F! dinner or lunch package in October, but for some reason on the Disney site it's only listed for Oct, Nov, and Dec 7th-9th, and no other dates those three months. Actually for either lunch or dinner - why does it seem to be blocked out for all the other dates? It's available all of September... Or am I missing something?
