Just a small idea I had about a restaurant concept that could work well in... probably a resort hotel or Downtown Disney.
Essentially it is a Spanish cuisine with a twist - the main specialty is paella but the guest gets to choose what to mix into the pan from a large selection of available ingredients. With the bowl of selected ingredients, guests then hand this to the paella chefs who cook it in front of you.
This lets the guests be creative with their food, which is always good fun for families. Of course a selection of tapas (done the Disney way, of course
) can be served to complement the paella concept.
